As a People Care Operations Assistant, you will collaborate with the operation of the activities we do with our community of developers. Also, as a member of the People Care team, you will participate in the active development and improvement of the area. 

Skills and Qualifications
  • Business administration student with an HR profile.

  • Good level of English (C1).

  • A team player with the ability to work independently and meet desired goals.

  • Proactivity, flexibility and excellent communication skills.

What you'll do
  • Follow the planning of the area.

  • Coordinate operations of internal activities of the team.

  • Propose actions to improve and enhance remote culture.

  • Maintain an excellent relationship with our community of Devs.

  • Offer support on each and every individual’s personal and professional development.

  • Assist in improving internal communication and integration activities.

  • Search for suppliers to carry out the area's activities in Latin America.

  • Follow up on suppliers.

  • Work in a challenging environment with an ultra-talented, open-minded team.
