This is a hybrid position where you will need to visit the offices regularly.

As a People Care Operations Assistant, you will collaborate with the operation of the activities we do with our community of developers. Also, as a member of the People Care team, you will participate in the active development and improvement of the area.
Skills and Qualifications
Business administration student with an HR profile.
Good level of English (C1).
A team player with the ability to work independently and meet desired goals.
Proactivity, flexibility and excellent communication skills.

What you'll do
Follow the planning of the area.
Coordinate operations of internal activities of the team.
Ensure our offices (Thaloz House) are ready and have everything we need to be happy at work.
Propose actions to improve and enhance remote culture.
Maintain an excellent relationship with our community of Devs.
Offer support on each and every individual’s personal and professional development.
Assist in improving internal communication and integration activities.
Search for suppliers to carry out the area's activities in Latin America.
Follow up on suppliers.
