This was a landmark year for us at Thaloz, as we accomplished everything that we proposed ourselves. In terms of metrics, we grew to encompass over 100 excellent team members. Our focused efforts on People Care and professional growth led to an impressive retention rate of 86% among the developers on our clients' teams. Plus, we ended the year with a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 9.5.

This year we inaugurated the Thaloz House, a symbol of our commitment to creating a harmonious work-life integration. This unique space combines a co-working hub with lodging facilities, fostering an environment where ideas can flourish and bonds can strengthen.

The Thaloz House is more than a workplace; it's a venue for inspiration, relaxation, and community building. We hosted events and workshops to support and engage with the tech community and organized casual get-togethers and team activities to share invaluable moments.

Expanding Our Services Lines

We realized our aspiration to become an all-in-one tech partner, and as a result, we have transformed to support businesses at every stage of their product lifecycle. We offer a comprehensive end-to-end solution through our dedicated service lines: Product Lab, Talent Hub, and Enterprise Pod.

The Product Lab is our expert solution for custom software development, covering the strategy, design, development, testing, and launch of your product.

Our Talent Hub connects companies with top-tier developers from across the globe. This year, our database reached over 28,000 talents from more than 30 countries.

The introduction of the Enterprise Pod represents a major leap forward in how we help integrate solutions for our clients as implementation partners for AWS services, Xacria’s solutions, and more.

This expansion is the result of invaluable insights from our collaborators, and it’s the beginning of a new journey for Thaloz for the years to come.

We invested in a series of coaching sessions, each tailored to address specific skills and areas of improvement, such as Agile Improvements in the Recruitment Process, Effective Communication, and Time Management, among others.
